What candidates need for an interview
* Hold an Enhanced DBS check and be on the update service. The agency can help you if you need one.
* An up to date Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
* Level 3 in Childcare Qualifications - BTEC National Diploma, NNEB or equivalent.
* Experience in child care.
